All of my personal belongings ( purses, charging cords, cig light charger, aux cord, USB heating throw, sherpa blankets were in a bag that had holes/ torn. Work equipment/tools tossed in the bed of the truck. All exposed to the weather. Everything was left out in the rain. They only had my truck 1 1/2 days. ???

Not the best IAA I’ve been to. The people are helpful and polite. I just get the feeling they don’t know what they’re doing. Cars are rarely in the right location. Unnecessary rules are made up that seem to only be at this action house. And the online posts I don’t trust like the car ratings (ie. car rating is 50/50 when it’s missing a wheel or a nocking engine).

Lady at the counter was very rude and yelling. Something in my truck was broken and they didn’t fix it. Very poor business.
