I want to most definitely thank Ray for his outstanding communication and being very helpful throughout the entire process of my truck being in the shop. Enough said, ray. Had to replace some worn out parts and my mechanic recommended this place for an alignment. Phone service is a joke out here so I stopped in to make an appt. Said I needed to make one for an alignment and dude asked, in the most unwelcome tone, what I did to it as if I'm beating my car up. Already a bad first impression. Told me what day I could drop the car off and they'd get to it when they get to it. No problem, I said that's fine as long as they don't mind me waiting. Then he refused to make me an appointment. It's not like I can take a bus somewhere and the lack of eye contact makes ya wonder if there was some kinda underlying prejudices. Whatever dude, I'll take my money elsewhere.
