We had a good experience during the purchase of my car. Jeff's communication was very friendly and informative. All our questions were effectively answered. It was as if we'd known each other for a long time. The tag was mailed and received on time. The car is in a very good condition. If I were to purchase another car soon, I would definitely give this dealership my first priority.

I got my very first vehicle from here in November 2025. I spoke with Rasheed over the phone about the car I wanted a couple weeks before I actually came in to purchase. I was told it was a great car in good condition, when I arrived I was told that the ac compressor needed to be replaced and there were going to be certain lights on in the vehicle because Rasheed stated that “ he looked everywhere for the actual windshield that belong to the make of my car but they were discontinued and I probably wouldn’t find one anywhere but a junk yard”. He offered to take money off the car for the ac compressor or I could pay the full original price and he would fix the compressor. I said you can just fix the compressor. We talked for a couple of weeks about him fixing the compressor and I definitely feel like I was getting the run around. It wasn’t until my mom wrote a review about him not fixing it that he reached back out to me about fixing the compressor. After he fixed the compressor I felt pressured to get my mom to change her review to 5 stars which eventually she did. Within a few weeks of having my car the engine light came on. I got a diagnosis and it is the catalytic converter. So of course I reached out to Rasheed and im told about how the car is sold as is pretty much. So now I’m just stuck having to pay to fix something that I felt Rasheed could have told me about when he mentioned other things that was wrong with the car.. If you do decide to buy from them BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC! I was also told by Honda in Burlington that my original windshield is not discontinued it’s just a very expensive windshield. I personally would not buy from here again, but I’m thankful for the experience because it taught me what to do my next car purchase.!
