If you are in the market for wood slabs for a special project or need some domestic rough sawn lumber look no further than Raleigh Reclaimed. Today I met Marcell and he was exceptional. After providing a tour of the plant he explained how the company evolved. It was nice to hear that wood that may have been sent to landfills are now being transformed into beautiful slabs and rough sawn lumber. Having dried wood myself many years ago, this company does it right. From taking the time to properly air dry the wood it then goes to a state-of-the-art vacuum kiln, what you get is a stable product for a very fair price. Marcell took the time to listen to my project needs and offered valuable assistance in helping me choose the right slabs for my project and then showed me examples of what I could do with them. And their prices are extremelyfair. Their customer service is exceptional, too! From the front desk to the sawmill in the back. Marcell has helped me every visit and he is not only willing to help every step of the way, he does it with a smile on his face. They can make custom cuts for you right there on the spot. I wouldn't even waste my time shopping around. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Marcell was fantastic to work with! Raleigh Reclaimed installed our beams yesterday in our Southern Colonial home and they look fantastic. I was VERY particular in the style, size and color of the beams and Marcell was incredibly kind and patient. He never pressured me to get something different-we waited for the right beams and they look fantastic. This picture is before I caulked and touched up the paint and it still looks amazing.
