For years, I've searched for a reliable, all-inclusive automotive repair and maintenance shop. I think I've found that with Mark and his crew at R & R Automotive on Cherokee (Johnson City, TN). I went in for general maintenance, and that's exactly what I got, and at a reasonable price. Mark was clear about the most pressing work to be done on my car, as well as the other jobs that could wait. He didn't try upselling me, and that's important to me when I'm forming a long-term relationship with a business. Before they began work on my car, Mark quoted me the exact price, and that's what he ended up charging. There were no surprises, and he communicated clearly and respectfully with me. I've already recommended R & R Automotive to a friend. I look forward to making R & R Automotive my one and only car-care shop.
