After being recommended by the previous owner of my 330i, Mateo and his crew have taken very good care of me. They will do their absolute best to go that extra mile for you in a pinch. Fairest pricing I've ever seen from a mechanic. My turbo had a bad whine and needed a service, it ended up being a minor issue with hoses. Simple and quick fix for them and they were completely transparent. These are very honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Also great with aftermarket mods. 10 stars.

I was charged $135 just to be told that snow was stuck in my tires, which they labeled as a “diagnostic fee.” It took them three days to come to this conclusion. I was planning to bring my Audi Q5 back here for a timing chain replacement—a job worth several thousand dollars—but after this experience, I will not return. Their business attitude cost them far more than the $135 they charged me. I do not recommend this place. Response to the owner: Sir, the vehicle already had visible body damage, and the suspension and tire conditions were known and disclosed at the time of drop-off. None of these required inspection, as they were obvious. These points do not justify a $135 diagnostic charge. The only action taken was removal of snow/ice from the tire. Please also state the timeline accurately. I dropped the car off on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. I was called at 6:50 PM on Friday evening, after your shop had closed. Since your shop is closed over the weekend, this effectively means I was notified on Monday. I picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. The car was not “picked up five days later” as stated. Speaking truthfully is essential for any business. When facts are misrepresented, customers should carefully reconsider doing business with that shop.
