Super happy with the service here. They were upfront about the problem (which was my tire and tire sensor) gave me options, and didn’t pressure me into paying for anything that i didn’t want to pay for. You can tell they actually care about their customers. The vibe inside is also very calm and clean too. So If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic, this is the place for the best help.

I would like to let you know that the staff at the West Windsor location is awesome the staff, are professional and respectful. I have never had any problems with these gentlemen. I was in the shop this past weekend, from the mechanic to the front staff they are very upfront with you and treat you with the upmost respect. I would like to say thank you to Mr.Rah and Mr.Chris. Yesterday I was in the shop and was very stressed out because of a tire blowout. These gentlemen were so nice made me feel comfortable and relieve my anxiety. I appreciate you guys so much. I’ve been going to this Pep Boys for years and all the staff there are excellent.
