I was buying steaks from this gas station. The last one I purchased was about a month ago. When I opened the vacuum sealed package it had a hair in it. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away. The next time I went to the gas station to put gas, I told the worker behind the register. They told me the owner was there and that she would be the one to talk to. I told her about it and she said there's nothing I can do.As I did not take the steak back with the hair on it. A couple weeks later, I was going through my phone and realized I had actually taken pictures of it. I went there this morning to show the owner which the manager ended up being the owner, and she said she didn't recognize the hair because the lady that works in the back is a black woman. She must also work in the back because the hair matches hers. Very greedy management at this place, over a steak!!! She being the owner was completely rude and would not let go of a fresh steak if her life depended on it. Very disgusting and greedy. Couldn't even honor the fact that I showed her proof of my honesty. I would not purchase steaks at this place unless you want to feed the greedy.
