Please tell me why I had $28 in bottle return slips (I usually come early in the morning when the service desk is not open). Because I gather them over time. I went over the supposed $24 limit and the lady would not give me all of the $28 cash and gave me two of the bottle return slips back. The customer service and the look I got as I walked away was ridiculous. I will never go to this store again for anything. No other stop& shop does this..... I think management needs to take a look at the unprofessionalism at the customer service desk that I just received. Wow. $4. All the money I spend in stop& shop? Not spending anymore. And I see on one of the other reviews someone returned $154 worth of bottles on the same day and had no problem and is praising the store. They wouldn't give me $28 ?????.

We had such a wonderful experience at Stop & Shop this past weekend! The employees were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our visit special. They introduced us to Marty the robot, which absolutely delighted my son, and even gave him stickers and a Marty stuffed toy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made his day! The store was clean, well-stocked, and had a welcoming atmosphere, but it was the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff that really stood out. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for our family during the busy holiday season. We’ll definitely be back!
