I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. After they worked on my car, I noticed that the fender clips were broken/missing. These clips were clearly removed or damaged while my car was there. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even checking the issue, they immediately denied touching that area. There was no effort to resolve the problem and not even a simple apology. Accidents can happen, but the way they handled it was extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is awful. Do not waste your time bringing your car here.

I tried another place this year for convenience and quickly learned my lesson. They were overly nitpicky and issued a rejection sticker during my state vehicle inspection, so I went back to Mike for a second opinion. Because of liability tied to that sticker, he couldn’t pass the car, which I completely understand, but he still took the time to help and didn’t charge me. Mike is fair, honest, and professional — experiences like this are exactly why I always support small businesses.
