I don’t usually review but i hope you see this one BEWARE OF THE TRUCK SERVICE, I was in July 29, checked in at 9 in the morning because the coolant from my APU was leaking and I needed a PM on my truck done. Got called in at 4pm and told me to go in bay 1, we were just sitting there for about 4 hours without any type acknowledgment. My husband went inside after the second hour of just sitting and was told that they were about to work on our truck which they didn’t. Two more hours passed by and finally a worker came up to us and said that they couldn’t take us because they don’t service APU’s and that because it was “actively” leaking coolant they couldn’t do our PM in the truck. I’ve been waiting since 9 in the morning and they just told us at 8pm. After we explained when we got there that that’s why we were there because it was leaking. After that we called our dispatch and told them that they didn’t want to take us in and he suggested that we ask if they could close the coolant shutoff valves from the apu so we could at least do our truck PM. So there we go back again and they agreed to do it (time was 10 pm) Everything was “good” afterwards they took a few hours but okay PM done everything done they sent us our way (they finished at 1am). Every should be good, right? TELL ME WHY we wake up in the morning and our oil is leaking everywhere!! They didn’t screw the cap on, THEY DIDNT SCREW THE CAP ON. Oiled leaked everywhere, a mess in the floor and on the truck. Waited so long to get my work done and they forgot the easiest step. I am so upset, I am baffled. This review is for you to keep away from getting any work done unless it’s the most necessary. And for the higher ups to see so they could give proper training to their personnel. Stay away if you value your time, money, safety and your truck. Pictures for evidence.

I came here early in the morning to get my job done as soon as possible. The old dude promised me to help within 2hours let alone getting the job done they didn’t even start to work on my truck. It took 2h just to check in when I ask how long it’s gonna take ? They say as soon as they finish they cant even give me estimate they don’t value your time they re liars. You re gonna waste a lot of time here. They don’t like to work or help the costumers

Sat here for 3 days to fix a fuel line on my reefer trailer that was leaking. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed (in less than an hour). They kept telling me something different every time I checked in with them to see when I was gonna get it fixed. I checked in at least 3 times each day to see what the status of fixing it was. “Oh we’ll get you in at 5pm”, “we have to wait till morning”, “this guy isn’t qualified, you have to wait until 3pm”, “we’ll get to you after the road call”. My company told me to go to ThermoKing and then 6 hours later, the TA shop calls me to bring my truck in. Worst experience ever.
