I cant remember the gentlemen's names that were there but the service was astounding. They didn't have the exact key I needed but the young man at the key counter found a substitute that has worked fabulously. The other gentleman held an interesting conversation with me as I waited for my keys. I, personally, know NOTHING about hardware stores but they made me feel like I xould work there with NO problems!!!

Scott and his team are the best. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. For a small store, it it surprisingly well stocked, clean, and well organized. On top of that, Scott is a huge supporter of Windsor, always helping out. Can I give them 6 stars?

Classic bait and switch! I ordered an ice melt product (Vaporizer 100% calcium chloride) which was showing in stock and I received an email shortly thereafter that order is ready to be picked up. When I arrived driving from 30 minutes away, the salt was substituted for an inferior product. When inquired, I was told the product I ordered had run out and this was the only available ice melt. I showed the staff that this is an inferior product with what the package literally said but they tried convincing me it's the same thing or even better. The online store was still accepting orders for the original vaporizer product and showing it in stock. No wonder there were more than 50 bags of this inferior product available when ice melt is sold out every where else, one day before the storm. Instead of even an attempt at an apology, I was told 'either you take it or you can leave and be without ice melt'. Forget professionalism or customer care, it is unfortunate that the staff completely lacked decency or common courtesy.
