I really hate to do this and I want to support the up-start, small-guy shops like this, but this crew did such a bad job of replacing my brakes in July that I've now had to make emergency stops at other shops TWICE to have them correct the obvious, careless mistakes. In both cases, I was driving home from work and heard really bad sounds from my brakes when I applied any pressure. The attached photo shows the missing bolts that Bushey took out and just never replaced. The mechanics who saw this work were laughing at how careless it is. Had I driven much longer on that, it could've caused real damage to my car and potential danger to anyone in it. I just had to make ANOTHER emergency stop because I heard rough sounds and this time I learned that the bolt in the caliper had snapped and was now rattling around loose in the socket. Scott seems like a good guy and I think his family is trying to do the right thing, but the degree of sloppiness on this job is totally unacceptable.

For anyone looking for an honest, reliable, friendly, competent automobile mechanic…. I wholeheartedly recommend Bushy North. We have had them work on all 4 of our family’s vehicles over the last year & have been extremely happy each & every time.

I got work done on my car (this isn’t my Gmail account) but I got work done after a crash and it was the worst job I ever seen. He messed up my sensors. Water leaks into my trunk now. I’ve never seen something so bad. Do not recommend
