I brought my truck to Chancy’s Auto for service and while the issue wasn’t resolved on the first visit, they immediately owned it and invited me to bring it back for further diagnostics. They took the time to track down the real problem and made the necessary repairs the right way. Daniel’s communication throughout the entire process was top tier. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making it right. That level of honesty and follow through is hard to find these days. I would recommend Chancy’s Auto 10x over to anyone looking for a trustworthy local shop or to anyone wondering if Chancy’s is still as reputable as they’ve always been.

I was referred by my mechanic, Mr. Bobby. I called to explain the problem & Kevin requested I bring it to run a diagnostic test: I did just that. Corey attempted to repair the problem but it was unsuccessful. I was charged $0; just advised to make an appointment. My appointment was on Dec 17th, but I dropped it off 4 days early. When I tell you Corey informed me what was happening in every step. My car was repaired & the price was very reasonable. This shop is not about ripping customers off. They are built pleasing their customers. I felt the love when I call & entered the building. This shop is highly recommended. Thanks Kevin & Corey for you upmost pleasant customer service!
