I came in because my low beams weren’t working and simply asked how much it would cost to look at my car. The owner immediately gave me attitude and said it was rude to walk in asking about pricing. He said it's rude because money's not important he fixes people's car for free if they don't have the money and to check the reviews on his website to see all the people talking about how he helped them out. Ok? I still need to make sure I can afford the repair. After pulling my car in, he said it was probably the bulbs but would need to remove the bumper to check. He also stated that once he took the bumper off, he would have to fix the problem. I explained that I needed to know the issue and the price first to make sure I could afford it, especially in case it was more than just bulbs. Instead of understanding that, he became irritated that I was asking about cost upfront. When I told him to pull my car out because I would go somewhere else, he said he was already going to. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way for simply asking about pricing before approving work. Very disappointing experience.
