I ordered a blower online and had a wonderful experience. Communication was great. Spoke to a woman on the phone right after I placed the order online for a question and she was knowledgeable and friendly. My order took a couple days to come in and picked it up a few days later. They notified me twice that it arrived. When I went to pick it up, I was expecting to deal with a worker who couldn’t be bothered, they would hand me my blower in a box and I would leave. I even would have been ok with that. BUT, instead I was greeted warmly with a smile, addressed by name, and my blower was already put together and battery charged! Then the gentleman showed me how to use it! Now that would never happen at Home Depot! Unfortunately, I don’t have much need to shop there because I live in a 55+ community, but I will always recommend them!

I’m just a homeowner… I pass this little gem all the time. Finally gave in to buying a chainsaw. I stopped in and was welcomed. Then shown some options. Pete showed me a 16” and a bigger one but didn’t push me on the bigger one at all. Price was in line with the big stores but this is such a better experience. I’ll definitely go back for my yard care stuff. Highly recommend.
