I recently brought my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 High Roof to Coffman’s Service Center for a wheel alignment, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They got me in quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and made to feel like a valued customer. It’s not always easy finding a shop that’s comfortable working on larger vans like a Sprinter, but they handled it with complete confidence. The alignment took just a little over an hour, which was exactly what they told me to expect. No surprises, no delays. What really stood out was their customer service. Everyone was polite, respectful, and willing to answer any questions I had. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. It’s rare these days to find a shop that combines honesty, efficiency, and great customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

Took our car in for a shifting issue with the Park mechanism. They did a diagnostic test, called in a transmission guy. The wind- up is our car had to go to the dealer. This shop DID NOT charge us for their time which says alot about them. Wonderful experience on a very honest and trustworthy mechanic shop
