My windshield wiper ripped from the ice accumulating on my windshield on this 3 degree snowy day. My husband told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts because they helped him in the past. A gentleman named Scott had just finished helping another customer in the freezing cold and he went back out to put the new windshield wiper blades on my vehicle. Now that's customer service. Thanks again Scott.

Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on. Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash). He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before. All this at no cost/tip! Thank you, John!

Beat auto parts store in town! Always friendly staff, randy helped me out big time before I went and got my avenger looked at at the shop. Saved me hundreds of dollars!
