Broke down on the highway close to this shop. Took it in on a Thursday at around 10am. It was taken into the shop quickly and diagnosed. Parts ordered for next day and fixed up, however I only made it 40 minutes down the road before the exact same fault happened again. I took it back and they rechecked it Friday afternoon. It needed wiring checks which were started on Monday, and fixed on Monday. All the service staff are great, and when it came to two different bills for the same fault, the service manager was fair when it came to billing.

All around fantastic company my contact was Jordan Lam, and she is amazing very easy to work with and always kept us in the loop. they get the job done 10 out of 10 we took our bucket truck to get worked on because none of the local mechanics could figure it out. Excel got it taken care of extremely fast and now we will be taking our entire fleet to them. there 45min. to an hr away but it is absolutely worth it.

Excel Truck Group is hands down the best large truck shop I've ever been to. I'm an owner-operator with a single truck for 20 years. Unfortunately I've had the misfortune of utilizing many shops over the years with mixed results. Steve and Dustin head up the service team well. Dustin is always on the go and coming through dispensing knowledge on the move with Steve chiming in from the office when needed. Courtney at the front desk I call "get er done girl" , has been there long enough to know how to keep the turcks moving through in a timely manner. Of course that can only be accomplished with a competent group of mechanics. Of which they have in spades. Tim being my favorite. They inform me of the procedures they've performed on my truck. But also many times giving me a heads up on preventative mantanance to keep me from avoiding costly repairs. I recently purchased a new freightliner cascadia from Excel and I love it. I've never had a bad experience with the Weyers Cave group and am confident that they will keep my truck moving as they did with my previous one over 1.5 million miles. PS I heard yesterday that the person I sold my truck to is putting back on the road.
