I typically don't write reviews, unless a company/employee really rubs me the wrong way, but James from SX4 got my vehicle on the road to the shop in no time - and honestly, was just such a straight-up genuinely friendly individual that I felt obliged to share my experience. It's harder and harder to come across good folks providing good service nowadays, so I hope his employers know they have a great person representing them! Zero complaints, from scheduling to completion...

I was involved in an accident and Sx4 towing was sent by my insurance company with up to an hour and a half ETA. The driver called me 2.5 hours later and said they were coming from Culpeper, and needed to jump start another vehicle while en route to me.... it was a grilling hot day 95 degrees. Fortunately, a family was giving my daughter and I shelter in their home while we waited. Driver showed up and I advised him that he would need to transport my daughter and I, his response "will you ride in your truck back?" He actually wanted me to sit in my disabled truck on the flatbed, for a ride!!!! I even had to load my truck onto his flatbed!!!!! The family who gave us shelter in the heat was more than willing to give us a ride home. Fast forward two days, safe tow company was dispatched to pick my vehicle up and take it to the repair shop. Starting at 6am i began receiving texts that everything was happening. The town company was supposed to be there at 8am.... I waited.... and waited..... and waited. Got a call from my insurance company who asked how everything was going, I advised them at that time the tow company was already 30 minutes late. Finally, an hour and 15 minutes late Sx4 towing showed up. I handed the keys over and walked away.
