This was my first time at Bond and it surpassed everything I imagined. Right at check in, they make you feel taken care of: they took my coat and offered me a drink and brought out a robe for me to wear. I chatted with my colorist (Courtney) and she made me feel at ease with the demipermanent gloss, and what I was trying to achieve. Then I chatted with Viviana about the kind of cut I was looking for. Everything about this salon is about the client’s comfort. I am truly grateful for how accommodating and wonderful the staff were. I’m so glad that a friend recommended this, as I see myself making this my new salon. I have gotten so many compliments on my cut and color! I have been singing my praises of Bond!

Amazing??? They took my coat and asked what complimentary drink I wanted (obviously I got a rosé) when I checked in ?. My stylist was Ryan and I absolutely loved my service. He was attentive and detail oriented and listened to what kind of style I was looking for, and getting shampooed was SOOOO GOOD!! The salon chair/bowl was also so comfortable? He raised the leg rest for me and it had like lumbar support and everything, and it didn’t feel uncomfortable on my neck! The result turned out better than I could’ve imagined. I’m here on a weekend trip and live in Maryland, but I’ll def be flying back JUST for a haircut with Ryan because this is literally the best my hair has ever looked. So so so so happy. U guys are awesome!!

Zero Stars. The service here was unacceptable. From start to finish, the process was disorganized and unprofessional, and the stylist completely butchered my hair. I rarely leave reviews—especially as a business owner myself—but this experience was so poor that it must be addressed. I’ve had long hair my entire life—30 years—and this is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. When I raised my concerns, management’s response was that there was a “disconnection” and that it wasn’t “as bad” as I thought. Yet in the same breath, they admitted there was a disconnection—acknowledging the mistake while minimizing its severity. If you can see the problem, then you also see how serious it is. And still, the only solution offered was another haircut. I understand you can’t glue hair back on, but why would I allow the same salon that butchered my hair once to cut into it again? Their logic makes no sense, especially when they’ve already proven they don’t know how to handle my hair type, my length, or my texture. Management’s attempt to pass this off as minor was not only dismissive but insulting. To make matters worse, the stylist was distracted throughout the appointment, spending more time discussing her personal life than focusing on the service. For someone claiming nearly a decade of experience, the result was careless, uneven, and unacceptable. Charging $150 for this level of work is absurd, especially when pricing is equivalent to or higher than top New York City salons that actually deliver quality and professionalism. Now I’m left waiting months for my hair to grow back. While I’m fortunate my hair grows quickly, many women wouldn’t have that option and would be forced to cut it even shorter just to repair the damage. This salon has proven they cannot deliver on their promises, and they certainly cannot take accountability. Unprofessional, overpriced, and completely unacceptable.
