Great, easy layout. Common sense instructions on what goes where. My only thought is to expand the lot, put in bins for #5 & #7 plastics... and why is there no running water for the attendant? They have to go into the administrative building to use the restroom: and with all the gunk on the recyclables, they need to be able to wash their hands! The attendant's shack needs to be replaced with a better one - with heat, cooling, restroom and sink.

Disappointing that rather than taking less than five minutes to update the website to inform locals that the center was closed yesterday (30th) the City of Manchester preferred to put a hand written note on the fence of the recycling center. There was no explanation as to why it was closed. This appeared to be the preferred action, letting patrons waste their time and fuel, rather than taking a proactive one, using their own social platform to educate others of the closure. It’s disappointing enough it’s only open two days a week. I hope Manchester steps up it’s game in this space!
