I can honestly that the service I received from this business was nothing short of professional and extremely courteous. I needed my vehicle towed to my home due to a medical condition which kept me from driving. The Tow driver Alex, was very kind and understanding. He left no stone unturned in helping me get my vehicle home quickly, making sure all payments and required paperwork to my insurance was squared away, and overall helped make a nuisance experience bearable. I will most definitely keep this organization in mind in the future.

Called to have a car towed. Guy said he would call me back in 5 minutes. 10 minutes went by so I called again. No answer and he never called me back. I am writing this review 3 hours later. Glad I called Sandbridge Towing who helped me immediately.

My car broke down in the middle of the road at my complex. Couldn’t move it. Called several other tow companies and they all had way over an hour wait. Called Back Bay Towing and Cal was out within 20 mins. Gave me some recommendations on what could be wrong and what to do. He was professional and courteous. I would most definitely use Back Bay Towing again.
