These guys really know what they are doing, and I totally trust them! I have a MB E350 wagon, I just hand them the keys, and I know everything will be fine! They are very reasonably priced, have the knowledge and the tools to take care of service, maintenance and technical repairs. I highly recommend this business for Mercedes repair and maintenance.

When my car began exhibiting several issues, I initially went to a different repair shop that will not be named. I spent about six hours there waiting, only for them to tell me the problem was the module that controls all the electronic components in the car and they quoted me around $1,100 JUST for the module. They then gave me the runaround for two weeks trying to locate this elusive part, never returning my calls. Frustrated, I vented to a coworker, who said he’d also had a bad experience with that shop and recommended I try Tony’s instead. I’m so glad I did. Within two hours of bringing my car in, Tony’s correctly diagnosed the real issue: a mouse had gotten into the body of the car and chewed through some wires. They even sent me a picture so I could see exactly what was going on. The other shop never mentioned anything about damaged wiring, so clearly they hadn’t looked very hard in those six hours of running diagnostics. That same day, Tony’s replaced the wires, which fixed all of the other problems, and my total came to just over $400. They were also kind enough to help me get my state inspection taken care of at a neighboring shop. I really appreciate how professional, honest, and transparent they were throughout the whole process. If you own a foreign car, skip the hassle and take it straight to Tony’s. They'll treat you right.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tony’s Import Repair. I usually am not the one that deals with dropping our cars off. My husband had called Dustin and he said to bring the car over same day to see if it was a quick fix. For the first time, I took the car to Tony’s and from the moment I walked in, Dex greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He took the time to immediately look at my car to see if it was a quick fix. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
