edit: I had to recently open my hood and realized the lever to open it is missing??? So i can’t open my hood. the last time it was opened was for Mobil to fix my car and they did NOT disclose this with me. utterly disappointed. dave and mike were so helpful when i needed a last minute tow on july 4! exceptional care on my car that took over an hour to get out of a tough spot. appreciate the patience and persistence mike had to get my car out. excited to see how the repair will go

Worst people if you will ever guys go there they will kill you. My truck has hub sealy problem. They damage axle housing no one took responsibility.

While my vehicle was in their care, it was broken into in their lot. Per a discussion with staff, EVERYONE'S vehicle was broken into parked on the lot outside their shop on 1/9/25. I was told someone would email me with the police report and pertinent information for my claim. I never received an email. Today, after weeks of promises for a call back - I'll call you back in 10 minutes/never did, I was informed there is no police report. And no insurance coverage. And no contact information will be provided to assist me with my claim. Which makes sense - this is also how my vehicle repair went - no call backs, me always having to call for an update. Incorrect information provided on pricing/how much it would cost for the repair - which ended up being substantially higher than what was quoted and discussed on the phone. Very misleading. Very disappointing. Very deceptive. Almost predatory. There was no mobile auto rescue. My vehicle had to be towed. Twice. No rescue at all. And no protection for my vehicle while under their care. No Garage Keepers Insurance.
