I came to Batteries Plus on a Saturday because my normal auto shops were all closed, and my van wouldn’t start. Matthew was eager to jump in and help get my van fixed and did an outstanding job from start to finish to get both batteries in my van swapped out. He provided exceptional customer service and got everything done in a quick time frame. Thank you for helping get my van up and running again Matthew!

I would give it a negative score if I could. I have told everyone that I know to never go to batteries plus. Online ordering for pickup was fine but when I got into the store I was lied to and they were rude. Told me they had no time to install my battery and to come back in an hour since the guy was all by himself working. I come back in an hour and I a told they can’t install it because they have a phone battery to install. Another worker said he had been installing stuff since they opened but I was told the other guy was all by himself. I will never go here again

The associate was very helpful! Got the battery I needed and replaced it in my car within 20 minutes (even with the difficult placement of my battery in a 2020 vehicle)! Very kind as well!
