Cornelius was OUTSTANDING through our buying process! We took a few days to look around and get a feel of what we wanted. He was patient and kind and always ready to assist each time we showed up. We showed up on the lot without a clue of what we wanted other than what we wanted to keep our monthly payment around. We found an amazing vehicle, checked all the boxes we didn’t even know we wanted or needed, and he hit that ideal monthly payment spot on. 10/10 would recommend Cornelius at Hall Chrysler Jeep and we will be back to see him again next time we’re in the market for a vehicle!!

“As is” at this dealership means they can lie about the condition. DO NOT SHOP HERE THE CONDITION OF THESE CARS WILL GET SOMEONE KILLED. Horrible way to handle business. Look elsewhere. Do not get your money tied up like I did. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This dealership is a complete scam. From start to finish. First I was made an appointment at 9:30 and don’t see the car until a little after 10. When we see the car it is destroyed. Bird droppings all over the car. The inside was covered in dog hair and food. Food stains, and wrappers everywhere. We were at the dealership from 9:30 to almost 4 and the car was not clean in all that time. We were told to leave it there and it would be clean by 6. We call at 6:30 still barely touched and had to come back two days later to have it done. I have severe pet allergies so this was highly unacceptable. Was told about the cars issues which I accepted. Then the minute we drove it off the lot more issues. Volume button doesn’t work, cracked overhead mirror and brake issues that were not told to me. Go to give the car back and told we can only exchange and or sell back to them. I bought the car at 9,600 and taxes brought it to over 11,000 they offered me 8,500 because of the value. This business is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. It’s disgusting and does not care about the quality of the cars or the care of the customers. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Please do not waste your money here
