Bought a forestry lift from these guys just last week. They even put a fresh federal inspection on the truck for me. The whole process was smooth all the way up until the delivery. Upon the trucks delivery and my inspection of the truck to except delivery, I found there where multiple dot inspection compliance issues including; cracked break pads, inoperable defrost, visible oil leaks, missing driver side seat belt latch, among a few other issues. Mind you there mechanic put a federal sticker on this truck in that condition. From time of sticker to delivery was only 3 days. I was unable to refuse delivery as there was nothing to sign and the driver just dropped and left. They refused to pay for the damages that should have never seen a sticker and only offering to partially cover the cost of repairs pushing most of it on me and the warranty company to cover the rest. I would never buy from this company again and highly suggest you look elsewhere or if you do go with them heavily look your truck over as they will try to defraud you with no help in the end. Buyers beware! (I am editing my review since you can't reply) If below is really the owners response it is very much a front and written for the public to see. This is what I was told by their sales team on what his actual response to me asking for help. I quote "I get it you just like to argue about everything typical type of person from Maine super democratic state. We're trying to work with you. You found a micro scopic crack on a brake shoe with plenty of life in it and you found a missing bolt in a seat belt. Which we mailed to you." As you can see from the above photos those are not microscopic cracks nor was it just a "missing bolt" the whole latch was not even in the truck let alone the bolt. All I asked was they cover the cost of the federal dot violations at no cost to me and I was basically told to pound sand and it was my problem.
