Dany of Chapin Auto Glass was outstanding to deal with in replacing my windshield, which was cracked by ice in the recent storm. He was exceptionally responsive and informative and helped find the best option for me. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions right away. Amazing service all around. We had a window broken on an early 2000 BMW during the big snow storm. The glass is somewhat rare and the storm was creating a lot of logistics issues. Dany was great at keeping me up to date and working to get the window fixed as soon as possible. Even though the logistics weren’t any fault of theirs, they still gave me a discount for it taking longer than normal. Outstanding customer service and the install job was top notch. Highly recommend.
