Lower Stanley Motel is a hidden gem! Not fancy, but super clean, with kitchenettes and a five star view. This is ON the Salmon River with views of the Sawtooth Mountain range and a peaceful cattle ranch across the river. Many THANKS to the owner for keeping this motel affordable!

This was my second stay at the Lower Stanley Motel. The rooms are simple but clean and adequate with a full kitchen and everything you need. Staff are friendly and great to work with. There are nicer places to stay in Stanley and certainly more expensive places but there is nowhere with a view like this!! These are affordable rooms with a million dollar view from the balcony. This is a magical little spot and I will keep coming back over and over. Thanks to the staff and management for taking such good care of this amazing little motel!!
