Excellent! We were traveling from Massachusetts to Florida and saw we had damage to one tire. Local Walmart tried to change tire but ran into issues. They suggested Ladd Auto. The next morning we headed there first thing the next morning and right away they started to work on finding the issue. Prompt, courteous and kept informing us of what happened and the plan to repair. All done within an hour! Awesome service and very reasonably priced!

Brought my car to Ladd Auto in January for a tire install. It drove fine going in, but upon leaving their lot, I noticed a bumping sensation when accelerating into a turn. When I mentioned it, the mechanic told me to bring it back if it continued. When I took it back for them to try to determine the problem, they had no record of me or my previous visit in their system--even though I paid them twice. They claimed I needed an alignment due to uneven wear, but I'd had one just 6 months earlier and hadn't hit any potholes. A trusted mechanic later confirmed my differential had chunks missing from it ($850 repair). Talking it over with a friend, who explained what was required to do such damage, it became clear: someone must have taken my car (a twin-turbo) for a joy ride after the tire install and hit something hard enough to damage both the alignment and differential. Bottom line: avoid this shop--your car may come back worse than when you dropped it off.
