I was traveling when my car got hit over the weekend, and ACE Auto Performance truly saved the day. They handled everything from start to finish. They immediately arranged a tow for my vehicle, helped me get into a rental without any hassle, and stayed in communication the whole time so I never felt lost in the process. Even with all the nationwide parts delays going on, they still got my car repaired in a very reasonable time. The quality of the work was excellent — my car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and honestly went above and beyond for me. What impressed me most was how smooth they made the entire situation. No runaround, no excuses, just great service from people who actually care. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and treated me like family. If you ever need auto repair, collision work, towing help, or just a trustworthy shop that does things the right way, I highly recommend ACE Auto Performance. These guys are the real deal. They are a despicable company. Pleasant enough to work with, but they repaired my car so poorly that I ended up having to condemn it. Happy to send anyone a copy of my post repair inspections I had done (by another company and my dealership) after Ace repaired my car. They put my life in serious danger with their shoddy workmanship.

Please don't choose this place to repair you car. I initially took my car here and after I declined to have it serviced there and asked them to release it so I can take it to a different body shop they proceeded with breaking things inside of my car and scratched up my hood. Unfortunately, insurance declined to repair this because it wasn't like that when the accident first happened as they took pictures day of. Please avoid, would give 0 stars if it was possible
