I’m in Batesville helping with the ice storm and my brake chamber went out. My man Sapp came through in 15 mins of getting the chamber from the parts store and jumped right on it. Knocked two brake chambers in under a hour and got me back on the road. Highly recommended!!! Great guy and honest

My wife was driving to see a friend and the winter weather had knocked the power out of at least 3 gas stations on 1-55 North. My wife had run out of gas and was stuck at the Hill Top Truck Stop on Hentz Rd. in Pope, Mississippi. They were also out of power. My wife called me and I began searching for places that might be able to help. The first place I called was Sapp Truck and Trailer Repair. Thomas Sapp, the owner of Sapp Truck and Trailer in Pope, MS was very responsive. I explained the situation to him, and he immediately went and found a gas can and gas even though he was not at the business location at the time I called. He was assisting someone else. He then located my wife, and gave her the gasoline and the gasoline can. Both I and my wife tried to pay for the gas, his effort, and/or his time. He just told me, "Don't worry about it. I would want someone to assist my wife in the same situation." He was very polite and professional. Thomas Sapp, the owner of Sapp Truck and Trailer is an honorable man. He kept his word, and helped a stranger without any need or expectation of repayment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may need his services. I greatly appreciate his efforts and wish him and his family all the best.

I was passing thru, limping home with a leaky rearend gasket and still had 3 hrs to drive. He met me early at the shop and topped it off with fluid for me. That in itself was a blessing, but he took it one step further and would not accept payment from me. Told me to help me get home safe was enough of a payment. I am sure he will be blessed twofold. But if you are oassing thru Pope, MS and need some truck or trailer repairs. Pass on a good deed to this young man, ge is just getting started.
