    “Not a great experience, I have never had multiple people at a company be so rude! We called to ask about having a vehicle picked up, the attitude right from the get go was that we were inconveniencing them. They rushed through discussions and scheduling us for pick-up to state they would be here 9-5 on Thursday. At 2:30 pm Thursday, I called to check in and again, rudely was rushed off the phone saying we said until 5 pm. I am coordinating my day around waiting for them so just confirming they were still coming, they said it was "we say until 5 for a reason". Understood but I explained I just wanted to make sure I was still on the calendar since my whole day was shaped around their arrival. Not sure if they purposefully treat people like crap because they hate their jobs or just hate people but will be happy to never have to deal with them again.”
