I went the other day thinking I had lost a part to my truck that I needed. I got the part went out to the truck and found out the part had fell down in my door. I know I should have checked. I turned and went back to get a refund because it had only been about 2 min. And they wouldn't. Now I could understand if I drove off with the part or something but I mean it was out and right back in. They saw I never even left the parking lot I didn't have time to. Mind you I am a single mom with a 17 and 18 year old. My 18 year old son is fixing to graduate and go to college and my 17 year old daughter is a Jr. Both good grades and active in school. I am very busy and money is tight. This may not seem like a big deal to some but it was to me. Every little bit counts. I know this was my fault but it would not have hurt them in this situation.
