Needed a rim and tire, the guy said he'd have it the next day and would call me back, the next day came never got called back. I called them, got a ton of excuses as to why it wasn't pulled yet. The next day I tried calling about 5 times no answer, the next day they answered after the 3rd or 4th time I called and again assured me they'd call when it was ready to be picked up, that was over a week ago, still I haven't gotten a call. So I ended up buying a brand new rim online wayyyy cheaper than what this guy was gonna charge for a used one.

I made these requests 2-3 days ago. UPDATE: Google asked for my review before Big Mikes 2 had a fair chance to reply. When they did reply, they were polite and professional. They did not have my part, but it was for a 21-year old truck and their inventory is generally not that old (they are mostly 5-years old or newer). They gave me two suggestions of other places I might try. So, I am happy with the outcome. I rated 4 out of 5 only because they did not have the part. Their overall service was a "5".
