I was looking at buying a $22k truck that had a rebuilt title and wanted to have them take it to a garage 2 minutes down the road that would do the enhanced inspection needed after I purchased it. We wanted to have them look it over to make sure it would pass before we spent 7 hours driving and money on turnpike tolls. Called 10 times over the span of 3 days and each time we called, he said he would take it to the garage by the end of the day, but that's what he said every time. Called back again on the 3rd day and he said he would have it to the garage in the afternoon. Called in the afternoon, as we were hoping to get the truck the next day and would need a cashiers check, and Pat was extremely rude. When we called he said "Oh, it's this guy again" to the other worker. He also said that "he doesn't usually serve it up on a cushy pillow and that we should go to a dealership and spend 45k if that's what you want." We were extremely disappointed, as we were very interested in the truck. This is certainly not the way to run a business and not the way we wanted it to turn out. Kind of makes me suspicious if it would've passed inspection like he assured it would. We don't normally post reviews like this or complain about businesses, but this was unacceptable.
