The prices have always been great and consistent. But overtime its clear the only loader operator they have is severely overwhelmed. They have him backlogged with probably 15 different things at once. Its in no way his fault, but when you drive there after work 2 days in a row and sit for 2 hours waiting for them to simply lift the back end of a car off a concrete block ( not allowed your own floor or bottle jacks in the yard ) its infuriating. If it weren't for always having issues waiting hours for the loader, this place would still be 5 stars. With how many millions they have to be bringing in, I cant imagine getting another loader and paying one more person could hurt this place.

If you’re looking for reliable used auto parts, I would recommend exploring other options before considering joes.
