The guy there is awesome if he don't have it he usually points me in the right direction his prices beat out all the other guys on used parts and batteries

I had such a good experience with Western Aluminum Recycling that I needed to leave a review. I dropped off my old car exhaust today for scrap. I was just going to let them dispose of it. The owner (or manager) stopped me and pointed out my CAT was worth some money. He looked it up and I walked out with $375. He could have just let me walk away and made some money but wanted to do right by me. A+ service!

They were able to do a last minute full load haul for me. Very timely. Very professional. I was extremely appreciative and it was definitely worth the money.

Josh made a fair offer on my car which paid it off and gave me a little profit as well. My car had an unusual title situation but it was not a problem for him. He’s clearly been doing this successfully for a long time as I didn’t have any questions he couldn’t answer. He even kept me from spending unnecessary effort and got on the phone with me to get everything lined up with my bank to take care of the payoff and title transfer. Everything was smooth and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his business.

Our car was recently towed to this company and when we had to get it back the owner was so helpful. Our battery had died and we couldn’t get into the car doors and he literally helped us every step of the way until we were in our car with our battery replaced. As for customer service, this is the best business in Pueblo.

Scheduling with Katie was quick and easy. She did a great job of setting expectations for the pick up. On the day of the delivery I received a text that the truck was in route, then a phone call when the guys were 15 minutes out. The team was extremely professional as well as personable. They did an amazing job at getting 30 year old, solid oak entertainment center up from the basement and out the door. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely work with Scraps again. The counter workers went above and beyond to make sure that I got the wiper blades I needed. They looked up the size I needed and after choosing one that didn't fit, they kept working with me to make sure I got the correct ones. Even going out in a snow storm to verify that they fit. I really appreciate the effort they put in. Customer service like this is rare and is very much appreciated!
