The best and most efficient service I have received! Not only was he prompt but he had great conversation :)

My father told me about this place a LONG time ago. I needed a part they get on the computer and bingo they have it. No walking a junkyard all day with cars stacked on top of each other. Never finding even the car you're looking to get a part from. This place is quick and easy and fair priced.

I usually don't bother to write reviews, but Al is deserving of me to take the time to do so. He is a very kind, genuine, and personable businessman and I was glad I chose to do business with him. It was my first go at selling a vehicle and I wasn't really sure what to do, but he made the process very straight forward and easy. I also received what I believed was a fair price for my vehicle. I recommend anyone who needs to sell a car to do business with him.

Called in advance looking for a liftgate for a newer explorer. Found part on car-part. Asked if it had all the parts. Spoiler,inner plastics. Was reassured by the lady on the phone it comes with all the parts. Drive 45 mins to get there to them having to find where the liftgate is. Finally found it missing spoiler and inner plastics. Guy at the counter showed me 3 others that weren't the color I asked for so I was like ok cool ill just take one of those. Price on the 3 others was over double the price of the first one. Definitely was not told this on the phone. All in all wasted 1.5 hours of driving back and forth to come home with nothing but this review. Like at least go check the part before a customer comes.

We spoke briefly about my car I wanted to junk and he asked me all the proper questions I felt needed to insure this transaction goes through smoothly. NAPA auto parts is Awesome. Called to see if they had the battery i needed. They did not have in stock but they had the next day. Went in and they were very helpful. Changed the battery and gave the core back. Boom. Done. Great store
