Tim seemed kinda cranky but overall they were nice and fairly quickly got us the part we needed.

I had a great experience scrapping my old, non-running, car with them. In about half an hour from calling them, they showed up, gave me cash on the spot, took my title, towed the car away, and didn't charge for the towing. 10/10 would do business with them again if I ever need to again. The guys who work here are always friendly, helpful, and know the inventory. Where other parts stores lack these guys pick up the slack. Parts, batteries, bulbs, anything you need they are happy to help.

I've been using Pickett's for well over a year now. Their prices are very fair and in most cases higher than other yards. The employees are friendly and personable. They have given me many great tips and personal knowledge to help me gain top dollar and efficiency. I wont go anywhere else. I bypass many closer yards because they (Pickett's) treat people so well. I went in to find a terminal cleaning brush. I had no idea how to use the products Mike helped me pick out so he offered to show me how to use them. He pulled out a battery and showed me what to do, which was very helpful. So my experience was very positive and I will be returning there for future purchases.
