We ordered a rear stabilizer bar and by the end of the day they had it off the car and ready for us to pick up. It ended up being the wrong one. So I called them up to see if I could get a different one. They said no problem let us take it off the car. The next day they called to tell me it was ready for pick up no extra charge... Excellent service!! Definitely would recommend.

Exactly what we paid for, 1/4 of the price of other salvage yards we called. We called late after noon and it was ready to pick up early next morning. Very friendly personnel a great experience.

Great customer service and prompt response, even after hours. I submitted an inquiry on their website last week after hours and received an email response within 15 minutes. They arrived on time on the date agreed upon to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was in a less than desirable spot but yet he finagled the tow truck and got it loaded without an issue. Paid the the amount agreed upon in cash same day. Through out the entire experience he remainded friendly and personable. Was very satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely use them again.

Absolute RUDEST people I have ever spoken to. I was hung up on, when asking for a quote, was not even given the opportunity to speak when I called the second time. And when I tried to calculate my decision, due to the fact that they LOWBALLED ME TREMENDOUSLY, they hung up once again. The third call was NEVER answered. The absolute WORST, most ENTITLED junkyard I have ever called, and they are ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Owner appeared irritated / super rude each time my husband spoke with him. Gave an amount he would pay for 2 vehicles then towed them away and gave $100 less than the price he stated originally. DON’T recommend at all.

Showed up and my trailer wheel had burst they lent me tools without thinking twice to fix it so I could get back on the road excellent service

"Captain Jim's Marine Salvage" is such a cool place!!! Its like visiting "The Pirates Den"!! His warehouse is packed full of cool and unusual nautical items, and well as slightly used boat parts and pieces,,, its a bit overwhelming when you first walk in!!! Capt. Jim is such a nice man with Years!! of boating experience, and he's always happy to give advice!! His staff is made up of an assortment of captains with years of experience too! Tons of "Treasure @ Capt. Jim's!!! His warehouse is full of boat parts, nautical and marine décor items, as well as Nautical Antiquities!! His warehouse is only open to the public every Saturday from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm, as he and his crew are in the marine salvage business and are out working on Marine Salvage projects and recovery jobs during the week! His inventory changes every day, and he is always buying from the public! Tell him a "Pirate Joke" he hasn't heard and get an additional 10% off your purchase. Another tip!!!! He likes to haggle and do some "Down East Dickering" too!!! Don't be afraid to make him an offer on your treasure Mattie!! They run a tight ship there and run the only boat recycling program in the Eastern US!!! Very impressive operation and very good for our environment!!! A very fun place to visit!!!

The owner John Benn is a great representation of northern Maine's hospitality. He is a great down to earth honest auto repair shop. You won't go wrong in having work done there.

I bought a 1 ton dump off the guy's, first day it had an issue. Bob picked up the truck (a half hour drive) fixed it for free, and brought it back in only one day. I've never had such awesome service. Truck's running great, and I'm one happy customer. These are some hard-working, honest guys right here.
