Stopped in late in the afternoon when our car battery wasn't holding charge in hopes they could squeeze us in the next day. Christian immediately came out to perform a battery test and within minutes we had a new battery installed and were out the door. Been taking our cars here for years and for good reason. Not only did Mike and Christian perform the service I was scheduled for, but they stayed late to help me understand the Low settings on my vehicle and how to best use them. Last Friday night I noticed the headlights on my 2014 Acadia were not working as I was heading to go run errands before the storm came in on Saturday, so I pulled into VIP who was about to close for the evening and the young man Gabe came out to see what was going on, both bulbs were out, I asked him about coming in on Saturday and he said sure, I showed up at 8 am and Gabe was working and the manager Doug Rockwell got me right in, took care of the air in my tires, offered the free line up and of course replaced both bulps in my headlights...Doug even offered me a delicious donut from Sadies Bakery and cup of coffee while I waited. VIP has done many jobs on my vehicle since I have owned it, tires, oil changes, inspections and more. Always great service, great crew to work with, always lay it on the line what they see wrong and needs to be fixed...I was all set in a couple of hours, and my next oil change will be done there as well...Thank you Doug, Gabe and the techs that did all of the dirty work as well. Doug and crew gave my car a thorough inspection, inflated a very low tire, gave it oil change and I’m all set for the long drive back to Portland.
