I will just put it very simple. This is a good place to get auto parts, but what make it an expetional great place is....THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE! VERY COURTEOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

Lanes is a great place to find parts and if he doesn't have always calls when he gets them in.

They had the transmission I was looking for. One note though, they charge a "Non Cash Adjustment" fee if you pay with a credit card so bring cash. Not a deal-breaker for me. Highly recommended

The 5 stars goes to Bre, but oreilly’s itself gets less than 1 star for allowing their employees to work like this. Bre is an extraordinary employee. This location is obviously, very severely understaffed. The (only) other employee that was there with her is obviously new, consistently having her help him in every task he had to complete; She was having to pick up ALL of the slack. She was -literally- running around the store trying to help every customer (they were extremely busy). She was very helpful in getting me a new power steering pump and trying her very best to take off the pulley that I left on accident.All of this on her day off as well.Great Job!!!!

Mostly Spanish speaking. They have many parts new and used. Prices are WAAAYYYYY cheaper than citron or other places I’ve been to. If they don’t have some parts they can order them for you. When I come they are always busy in and out showing people car parts. I recommend some patience when they have a rush. I will continue to come here. Side note: the phone is always ringing so sometimes it’s easier to come and ask in person.

Update: 4-5-2022This place has gotten as bad as Kent Tire in Monahans. I went and asked to have my best spare tire mounted onto a new rim. The lady at the front desk said no because the tire was 5 years old. The tire was in excellent condition. I took it to Odessa and got it mounted for free at Discount Tire. Bad service in Monahans. Take your business to Odessa and get much better service and save money as well.

1 star for taking my stolen car to the repair shop (after I gave them $785 cash)... But Deductions for abandoning it where bird's s* on it for nearly 2 weeks and Maximizing every fee/charge allowable by State Law.David Letterman categorized such people the best:Money-grubbing Scumbags.

My first time there, everyone was very helpful about where to go and what to do. Weighing and unload process was very smooth and payment was prompt. VERY clean yard.

If you're looking for an honest, fair, and most importantly competent auto repair shop, you're in the right place! I took my truck here so they could inspect it because I suspected an oil leak. Alvaro was quick to pick up the phone and answer all my questions. He also only charges you for an estimate if they have to remove parts to find out what the issue is so that was a huge plus! Other shops were asking $50+ just to check out the vehicle. They took my truck in the next morning rather than having to wait until after christmas like another shop that I called. Alvaro was quick to inspect the truck and was straightforward (no bs) with what the problem was and what I could do to fix it. He advised me that they don't do any oil changes (oil filter was the issue) and just asked that I tell people about the shop. So here I am. Telling everyone that if they're ever in need of great service from honest mechanics, this is the place to go! Thank you again Alvaro!
