Drive 100 miles to get there. They told me that the car I was looking for was there bc it’s in the system. Get there, the big lady at the entrance way says it’s not. I call back. Service center says it is. Big lady suddenly sees it. Pay $2. I go to the row. It’s not there. Service center now says “I don’t know why they put the car there with the SUV’s.” Go to the front. Manager says he will look for it. Someone tells me to go to their other lot a mile away. I go. They don’t have it. I call service center. They give me a number to the 3rd lot. I call. It’s not there. The guy there says “if it’s in their inventory, it’s on their lot.” So I go back. Big lady now tells me “go find it.” RUDE! So I go around to the other window to see if the manager found it like he said he would. She says “he’s busy”. Complete waste of 2 hours of my time. Terrible service.

Great experience here. Inventory tracker is updated regularly, parts come with 90 day warranty options, they have friendly and helpful staff, and ease of use getting around to find the clearly-labeled lots. They have optional amenities like paid part-pullers and an in-yard shuttle which would be really helpful if you have a lot of tools or heavy components you pulled. They also provide you with a list of vehicles in stock with locations to help you locate an interchangeable part. I got an alternator off a 14 year old car yesterday and it works great. They also offer core refunds, so remember to return your used parts to get reimbursed! Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience.
