Apparently they didn't have the cash today to pay me for what I brought in. So instead I had to go with either a check today or cash tomorrow. Then there is a 2 hour gap that I have to wait till I can cash in the check, (my gas light is on) so it was an ok experience i guess

They didn't have my part I was looking for but took time to offer and research on getting me what I needed very good customer service ( Darren )

This PICK-N-PULL located in Richmond, CA at a great location. The junkyard is really big but does not have a too much car. I think maybe a few hundred cars they have in the yard. Most of their car are really old models.

They have a lot of car parts, and everything is order so it's easy to find what you are looking for. They have a bit of everything.

Their service has significantly improved for the past few months I am changing my ratings from2 stars to 4 for now

This family establishment has always taken great care of me. The prices are fair. And I think it better than going to the grocery store parking lot places. Those places change their prices too much. And typically those places only have ONE person working there. This place has a great team of people.

Chris at this location is the man! He was able to lookup a specific set of tire cables and put them on hold for me. Great customer service and did me a HUGE favor by looking up and sending a receipt via email for a purchase I made passing through the city. Give this man a day off and a raise please.
