Bought a used 5.3l engine and has 111,000 miles on it and installed it in my pick up before the warranty expires and it runs perfect been in my truck about a year now and would buy another engine again hands down!!! I installed new wires plugs sensors and coils .

The yard could due with a cleaner approach as the truck section had parts strewn about that bringing the cart down the isle is almost impossible. Even though the parts I needed were available, the vehicle was still very difficult to get parts off due to spacing. For being an out of state customer the pricing was fair for what was needed, and I would come back when in CA again.

Apparently they didn't have the cash today to pay me for what I brought in. So instead I had to go with either a check today or cash tomorrow. Then there is a 2 hour gap that I have to wait till I can cash in the check, (my gas light is on) so it was an ok experience i guess

Brent helped me out with finding a sunroof for my vehicle when I called on 5/28. He said he could have it pulled off and I could pick it up tomorrow considering the distance I needed to go, picked it up today, instantly greeted by Brent and promised it was tested. He responded that nothing goes not tested and if it fails, it’s not sold. I’ll for sure be coming back for more business

This PICK-N-PULL located in Richmond, CA at a great location. The junkyard is really big but does not have a too much car. I think maybe a few hundred cars they have in the yard. Most of their car are really old models.

Called looking for some parts listed online. I asked if they had one of them and they said “no sir” and hung up on me immediately. I had no chance to inquire about other parts. Very rude.

I was kicked out from the line because I had few bottles with the aluminum because the line had to keep going. It was not busy like other times.

This family establishment has always taken great care of me. The prices are fair. And I think it better than going to the grocery store parking lot places. Those places change their prices too much. And typically those places only have ONE person working there. This place has a great team of people.

Chris at this location is the man! He was able to lookup a specific set of tire cables and put them on hold for me. Great customer service and did me a HUGE favor by looking up and sending a receipt via email for a purchase I made passing through the city. Give this man a day off and a raise please.
