I went in to get a front bumper, which they posted on sale via email for $50. I spent an hour removing the one I wanted but when I got to the checkout my total came to about $130. First they wanted to charge me separate for the built-in fog lights. I didn't need them so I pried them loose. Then they wanted another $47 (as much as the bumper itself) for the "grille" in the center of the bumper. It wasn't worth it to me to pay that so I tried to remove the grille, but it was manufactured into the bumper with a metal frame so I couldn't find any way to remove it; yet they insisted I pay for it, doubling the cost of the "bumper". I can see why they would advertise "bumpers" on sale since they will attempt to tack on additional charges. I'm surprised they didn't try to charge me for the bumper sticker too!

I got there at almost 4:30 and the young guy at the front said they were closed... I said the website says you guys close at 5.... He said well the registers are turned off at 5, we stop letting people in at 4:30... Then he gave me that annoying condescending little "bye bye now" wave you give to people who you want to get punched by hahaha! I had even told him I drove a half hour almost from where I live because they had the car I needed parts from(my driver's side window button broke) and it's literally freezing, my window wont roll up! And I live in my car... I just used all my gas to get here so I could be warm tonight just to be told "bye bye" I almost cried.... Instead I just got in my car and left crying does no good because nobody cares. So anyways that was my experience.

This PICK-N-PULL located in Richmond, CA at a great location. The junkyard is really big but does not have a too much car. I think maybe a few hundred cars they have in the yard. Most of their car are really old models.
