This place here, is top shelf. many different models to choose from and years to boot.. if you trying to get a fixer uper... this is your place to go . things you could do out of a lyndale's use junkyard.

I stopped in on today, 9-7-21. It looks like a very nice facility, but they didn't have a part for my 2014 Escape. I needed something as simple as a brake pedal pad. The last time that I visited this establishment was in 2017.

Certainly don't try to make their job easier by telling them the part you need and year car/generation before they ask because you know what info they'll need or they will either hang up on you or give you an attitude. I don't ever write reviews but that's poor customer service!

Very good people that work there and the owner Is a very good man and is considerate and very respectful. They will work with you in every way they can

Honestly went out of there way TWICE to make sure that I was taken care of. Stayed open late to make sure I could get my part before my mechanic shop closed and had the funniest personality I’ve ever seen on junk yard men. They helped me so much and didn’t break the bank I couldn’t imagine not calling them for now on FIRST!

Dear god I come all the way out here because they have the part that I need and they say I can’t bring my jack in to get it what the hell am I supposed to use my hands? I’m didn’t just come here to look at dead cars smh

First State Towing took care of me. My Mom’s vehicle needed towing. First State was a recommendation from the service center that was going to perform the work. First State was professional. They took my order, they were upfront with what it would cost and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The driver called me when he was in front of my Mom’s house. He called me again when she didn’t answer the door immediately. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend First State Towing.

Ok well what can I say. SMH. Let's just say thanks to the ladies who work here cause if yall weren't there ..... anyway ...... what a mess .. definitely ain't for a lady 💯 but should have a little better way of retrieving a car ..

Absolutely the worst place to deal with. They won’t even answer the phone and are very disrespectful and arrogant.

Everybody else wanted for the two parts $400-$500 for rear deck lid and a bumper cover for a 2015 Chrysler 200 S. These people sold me the two pieces for $200 for the Pay $100 apiece. And they are showroom perfect I mean other than her dirty from being out in the yard you know but I am exceedingly happy I got there took me a couple hours to make contact with my friend around lunchtime Mary we were gonna talk in the morning but other than that yeah this is a great guy to get parts from very very fair. So give him five sword he’s gonna be the first salvage yard that I speak with Steve is a gentleman that posted the ad on marketplace that directed me to his facility.. thank you Steve Lois for a fair deal and when I said I needed a couple little piece of trim from the radio knobs and stuff it’s like yeah go get them. I would’ve pulled teeth trying to find those things probably. So yeah thanks again guy happy

The shipping cost of the order was never mentioned at the time of the purchase until my credit card was charged. The shipping was more than the a actual product!!!! A client should be made aware of the total cost of the purchase.. .very deceiving, specially since the shipping is based on wight which is not part of the item description int he website. Do your research before making a purchase in this website.. may not be worth it.

I had to scrap my SUV that was no longer running. Joel gave me the best price and was very easy to work with throughout the process

They told me that anything was for sale because they were closing end of the year. I went in the back a got a front end for my car they told me it was not for sale and put it back then a guy start yelling saying put it back don’t touch it. How are you going to own a junkyard and tell me anything for sale then i can’t buy it

To THE TRUCK OPERATOR 🚛 I give it a 4 they not bad got me offloading from 15-25 MTS also nice talking at receiving is FCFS so don't get pressure from dispatch or broker yes overnight parking only thing is that backing up to bay is Lil Difficult.good luck 🤞 and God bless
