The only reason I give this place one star and not zero is because of the young woman who helped me with billing. Otherwise, my experience over the phone today was HORRIBLE. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills over something so simple that could have easily been addressed if the guy who answered the phone listened to me and what I needed instead of yelling at me out of frustration from the misinformation one of the other employees gave him. I don’t know if it was the owner or dispatcher but I was in disbelief of the level of unprofessional exemplified. One associate told me one thing and another associate told me another. When I asked why was he being unprofessional and presenting that information to me in such an aggressive manner, before I even got to express the service I needed, he said because I was trying to make things difficult and to stop asking the same question to everyone. He continued to yell and not allow me to clarify the situation, and then hung up on me before I had a chance to speak. I literally asked my question ONCE and the other person didn’t know the answer so they got this guy, the dispatcher or owner, on the line that came off aggressive from the start of the conversation. I didn’t know that asking a simple question about YOUR services was being difficult. I will never ever use this company again. They need training courses on basic human interaction. They haven’t even made it to the level of basic customer service, which they have none of. Lastly, I suggest for the locals to contract with another towing company and not force people to have to use this service if they don’t have to. Never again…Service: Car towing

No good people work there. They have the worst attitude in the world. Went for parts waited over 2hrs and never got the parts dude came out and said he had no time for me that day after I waited 2 hrs

Please don’t call this company. First State STUPID towing. I will cancel that payment anyway! I paid how much you asked but Towing guy didn’t droped in right place. And you guys lost my key too.

I broke down on I-95 southbound and ended up blocking the entire right lane after the bridge. They were my first call and came in 20 mins and got me out of my sticky situation. Arty (manager) was extremely nice and guided me in the right direction and didn't put me in the lot and allowed me to keep my keys and stay warm in my car until my ride came which was 3 hours away. 5/5 would recommend.Service: Car towing
