Easy to work with and a lot better prices than the other places I called

Regularly get bad heavy line items from these guys. Michael always asks where we need to be on pricing and then sends us a transmission that won't even back out of the shop upon completion. Doesn't matter what the price is if the transmission won't even go into gear. Used auto parts are always a gamble but only to a reasonable extent. To charge the pricing of a quality part and not even know if it will get out of the shop is bad business. Small business owners know having to do the job twice is detrimental to their teams moral and their customer's expectations. Fellow buyers keep this in mind when ordering from Metro. You just don't know what you'll get.

Ive been buying from Mark from a long time ago ,I've work from different salvage yards and shops before so I know how this works ,he is very knowledgeable ,fair price and we've never had any problem with their parts he is always on time , his customer service is always on point 100 recommend it

Will be sorry to see them close after providing service to Kokomo for almost 50 years. As the selling and scrapping of inventory begins I wish them a great retirement and thank them for their many years of service to the community.

This place is wonderful!! Such nice honest people. Not only did they help me unload my stuff, but they also pulled out the stuff that was worth more money so that I would get every dollar that I could out of my scrap metal. This is the only place that I would take my stuff!!

Called about a door handle and asked if the rod came with it he said “yeah it comes with a rod or else the handle would be kind of useless” as if the plastic handle couldn’t break to the connecting rod piece checking on eBay people sell door handles without rods so clearly he does not know his cars and they call them selfs a scrap yard place is a joke lol asking if a rod comes with it is valid a door handle doesn’t become “useless” without the rod lol it could have cracked and I’m just needing the handle by it self dudes a laughing stock.

Great place, very knowledgeable and helpful. For got some tools but they helped me out. Would definitely recommend if you need some parts.

They had me by the shorthairs, the seat I could find inside of 2hrs, the part I needed was part of the seat frame,(had to sandblast and paint it) the frame, motor and track system was rusted up (could not use or keep any of it for spare parts) the cover on the side with the control is where they wrote the part number, // it is my fault for not really checking it out, if you are getting anything really check it over.

The scale man(owner usually) is RUDE and does not treat you kind. Been declined twice . The first time I understand cause it was exactly at 330 but the second time it was 5 mins and he was like really we close in 5 mins. He needs to work on his customer service. Unprofessional.

Great prices and friendly service. Definitely a great place for affordable prices on all car parts and accessories. Always getting new inventory on a daily basis. Good condition parts for a variety of cars and trucks. WATCH OUT FOR HONETS/WASPS!!!!
