Easy to work with and a lot better prices than the other places I called

Regularly get bad heavy line items from these guys. Michael always asks where we need to be on pricing and then sends us a transmission that won't even back out of the shop upon completion. Doesn't matter what the price is if the transmission won't even go into gear. Used auto parts are always a gamble but only to a reasonable extent. To charge the pricing of a quality part and not even know if it will get out of the shop is bad business. Small business owners know having to do the job twice is detrimental to their teams moral and their customer's expectations. Fellow buyers keep this in mind when ordering from Metro. You just don't know what you'll get.

Staff/owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Parts were what they said they were. We drove from Louisville to get them and they did not disappoint. Would wholeheartedly recommend The New Country Auto Salvage for any of your parts. It’s well worth the drive.

Will be sorry to see them close after providing service to Kokomo for almost 50 years. As the selling and scrapping of inventory begins I wish them a great retirement and thank them for their many years of service to the community.

Been a long time customer for years since before it was O'Neals. On the way back from the hospital after the last 2 days,my brother seen a John deere 300 tractor sitting by the road he was interested in. Hes been couch bound so we returned the next morning to buy it and have a peaceful outting. My 11 year old son was with us and seen the 63 Tbird sitting there so all went to look at it. The owner, who refused to identity himself, approached immediately and unprofessionally began cursing us and demanding what we were doing looking at this car. It became very heated. We returned to the shop to ask Kevin, a senior, friendly, and knowledgeable employee, about the tractor and only then found out it was the owner acting like that. And only then was the owner interested in giving a half ass apology of how he treated us, let alone in my front of my young son.

Great!! Roger came out and took our Blazer off our hands. Gave us a decent price no hassles. Highly recommend

Has a variety of choices for many different vehicles. Most can be found usually pulled from the car prior to you arriving. There may be other times you will have to find and pull the part yourself. If that's the case bring tools with you and prepare to get dirt on your hands. Love it. Great place to get a used part if you are trying to save a lil on it.

Great place I have nothing but good things to say about the staff there ⭐⭐⭐. Was late picking up a part and they stayed late to make sure I got it. A1 customer service they went above and beyond. The dealer wanted 4800 to fix a transfer case was able to get one from adams auto salvage for 200! What a life saver!!! I can not stress enough how good of a experience I had working with them...5 out of 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lady at the front desk was on the phone and was extremely rude and gave me a nasty look. I respectfully was asking for a battery but they were closed which I understand but there no need for an attitude or an ugly facial expression like you’re a nasty human. This place needs to Be more kind to their customers.
